My name is MIguel Jerónimo and my late wife's name was Pascuala Josefa; we are citizens of San Juan Bautista Metepec, and our district is Santa Cruz Tianquiztenco. I declare that my earthly body is very ill, but my mind is perfectly sound. If God my divinity and sovereign has condemned me, I leave myself in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ. And I declare that I offer half (a tomin) to be given for the Holy Places of Jerusalem. And as to where my earthly body is to lie buried, it is there at the church, inside. And my burial clothing will be as God manifests.
